Original ISO shipping container (craneable and transportable) equipped with 4 hydraulic support legs (one per corner), individually operated. Equipped with 12V hydraulic pump, Bosch 180Ah battery and PurePower inverter. The unit can be leveled independently without a tap, dimensions (approx.): length 12.19 m, width 2.44 m, height 2.90 m (High Cube). Interior length approx. 10.9 m. Estimated curb weight 8,000 – 11,000 kg, equipped with Toshiba split-unit air conditioning, ventilation facilities and complete electrical installation with main distribution box, 230V sockets and power connection. Includes battery backup, network & communication: 24-port patch panel (UTP), wired infrastructure, router/modem (wifi possible) and multiple network connection points.
Security: alarm system with motion detectors, dome camera inside and control panel at entrance.
Layout: reception area with fixed counter and transparent partition, separate work/treatment areas with desks and chairs, kitchen unit with stainless steel worktop, sink, cupboards and refrigerator. Technical room with hydraulic unit, battery pack, control box and network cabinet. Entrance door with separate ramp.
Suitable for healthcare applications, temporary office design, construction site, defense or events.
