Description:

This is a modular, automated manufacturing cell designed for high-precision, semi- or fully-automated production processes. Built on a flexible, multi-level concept, the system supports both standalone and chained configurations. It is equipped with:

• Stäubli RX60, 6-axis industrial robot, suitable for small to medium payloads and medium to high-speed operations
• INERTEC Selective Soldering System, integrated into the cell for precision soldering tasks – ideal for electronics manufacturing requiring high repeatability and minimal thermal stress
• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)- CS8C - based control with web-accessible HMI interface (iPad/PC or IP or hostname)
• Comprehensive safety features, including safety doors, emergency stop switches, and three-color traffic light indicators
• Manual operation unit (SP1) for robot control including deadman switch, axis jog keys, and context-sensitive control functions
• Operation and message panel with:
• Emergency stop and reset buttons
• Green/white illuminated start/reset indicators
• Light-based status signaling (automatic mode, errors, emergency stop)

• Automated loading/unloading, handling, and selective soldering of workpieces
• High repeatability and quality in soldering via INERTEC’s precision solder bath and nozzle system
