The TV 500 door locks ensure immediate unlocking of closed escape doors after pressing the emergency push button, in the event of an alarm situation or for authorized users. They are often labeled as “electric strikes for emergency exit doors” because they combine the appearance of an electric strike with the properties of an electromechanical door lock according to the closed-circuit principle. The TV 500 is built into the door frame. This ensures an undisturbed aesthetic appearance of the door and strongly protects the system against vandalism.
