Compas ES 100 VS2 NS2 sorting machine for flower bulbs and Brussels sprouts

This sorting machine is specially designed for sorting flower bulbs, whereby the small to medium-sized bulbs are first sorted out after pre-sorting/ sieving and then transported to the remaining sieves via a lower belt and elevator. This means that the larger flower bulbs spend less time in the sorting area, which further reduces the risk of damage to the product. With the right sieves, this sorter can of course also be used for other products.
Sorting sequence (from right to left):

• Pre-sorting/ sieving, discharge via small discharge belt without fall breaker
• Sorting of small to medium-sized products, discharge via lower conveyor belt to elevator in the middle of the machine
• Sorting of the second-largest size, discharge via 1st belt with fall breaker
• Sorting of largest size, discharge via 2nd belt with fall breaker
• After this, the small and medium-sized products are lifted up with the elevator
• Sorting of the smallest size, discharge via 3rd belt with fall breaker
• Sorting of the second smallest size, discharge via 4th belt with fall breaker
• Sorting of the medium/oversize of the small and medium-sized products, discharge via the last small discharge belt without fall breaker
