Roller Grader 28 mm - 58 mm
This used roller grader is designed to sort undersized products, specifically used in chicory root processing, but also suitable for large carrots.
Sorting is adjustable using a ratchet mechanism at 4 different positions.
Equipped with 17 vulcanized rollers, each 300 cm long and 10 cm in diameter.
The rollers can rotate left or right, with the rotation time adjustable via a timer.
Driven by a chain mechanism.
The angle of the grader is adjustable.
Includes two cross-discharge conveyors to direct product flows sideways.
One discharge conveyor is located beneath the rollers, feeding into the first cross-discharge belt.
Line inspection system and central lubrication included.
Electric drive system.
